Canada in the Pocket

So it looks like the Canadian government under our fearless robot, as expected, towed the US line two years ago when Israel attacked Gaza. A Fact Finding Mission led by Richard Goldstone of South Africa sent by the UN to look into alleged war-crimes was dismissed before being heard by the security council, after American (and Canadian) urging.

This is why I can't stand watching the news anymore.

Smokers and Discriminatory Practice

Let's talk about the smoking discrimination at my school.

Two years later: trying to quit smoking was my new years resolution. I was able to do it for one day. The next day I cleaned my apartment and threw away all my cigarettes, but then found a hidden pack a smoked "a last few". I loved the first drag of each one, but i couldn't enjoy the whole thing. My lungs got all gummy again. The next day I had a big fight with my ex-gf and bought another pack to sooth myself. It didn't really work, it just made me more disappointed in myself. The next day, today, I smoked one in the morning but couldn't get all the way through it. Then I worked out and went home, and smoked another. It also made me feel like an ass. I find that I really want to smoke before I smoke, but after the first breath I don't want to anymore. I'll see how tomorrow goes.
